5.3 Record Summary Service
The Record Summary Service allows the user to electronically send medical record documents to Simplexam’s record summarizers. The reviewers create a summary that details the points in the documents that are relevant to the claim. The summarizers will also create a hyperlinked list of the relevant points in the medical records.
- Go to Records in the Billable Item page.
- Click Select File and add all the records you want to send to summarize.
- Click “Add” and you will be able to see a success message “File added successfully”.
- Select all the file that has to be sent and click “Record Summary On Demand”.
- You will get a successful message “Record Summary On-Demand created successfully“, and you can see the status bar changed to In Progress.
- You can also click on the Download button to download the file without sending the report to summarize.
