Mailing Service
The Mailing Service is designed to send electronic documents as paper documents through the mail. These documents include state-required forms and other custom templates. The selectable recipients include the parties on the claim, whose information were entered during the intake process. The forms are automatically populated with the recipient, claimant and appointment information. The Mailing Service also allows users to upload and send custom documents to custom recipients.
History Service
The Medical History Questionnaire Service allows users to request that the claimant be contacted via telephone and directed through a series of questions that pertain to their medical-legal claim. The claimant's verbal responses will be used to fill out the questionnaire. The completed questionnaire will be available on the Simplexam platform after the claimant has been contacted.
Record Summary Service
The Record Summary Service allows the user to electronically send medical record documents to Simplexam's record summarizers. The reviewers create a summary that details the points in the documents that are relevant to the claim. The summarizers will also create a hyperlinked list of the relevant points in the medical records.
Examination Documents Service
The Examination Documents Service provides the Examiner with a list of useful examination documents that can be printed, completed, then uploaded back to the Simplexam platform. The filled documents will then be available for use by the Examiner.
Report Transcription and Compilation Service
The Report Transcription and Compilation Service allow users to send the Examiner's report dictation audio files and any other relevant documents to Simplexam's transcriptionists. The transcriptionists will transcribe and compile the audio file's contents into the report template along with the medical history question answers and other relevant documents. The completed document will be available through the Simplexam platform.
Billing Service
The Billing Service allows users to generate and electronically send their bill and report documents to the insurance company and the other parties on the case. The Billing Service also displays the bill's progress as it moves through the payment process. The Billing Service also provides a way to record all payments, explanations of review (EORs) and subsequent bill submissions for reconsideration.
