Billing Service


The Billing Service allows users to generate and electronically send their bills and report documents to the insurance company and the other parties on the case. The Billing Service also displays Bill's progress as it moves through the payment process. The Billing Service also provides a way to record all payments, explanations of review (EORs) and subsequent bill submissions for reconsideration.in


  • Go to the Billing tab in Simple Services. 
  • Please note that billing cannot be completed if there is any missing information on the billing page. Please click here to get steps on how to complete the missing information in billing. 


  • Diagnosis Codes - Select the diagnosis code from the drop-down. You can select up to 12 Diagnosis codes. 

  • The Billing Line Item - The first line item will automatically flow according to the selected exam type. Only the modifier in this line can be edited. To understand the fee schedule, please click here.  

  • To add an additional billing line item. Click Add Billing Line Item.


  • The billing Line Item is complete.
  • Add Custom Documents if you have any in the customs documents space. Please make sure the uploaded documents meet the criteria given in the blue box. 


  • Click Add Custom Document, and add the file that needs to be uploaded. 


  • Once uploaded, click Save. The custom document is added. 


  • The next step is to send Bill. Bill can be sent manually or through Bill On Demand. Click Submit Bill and Report


  • Check the boxes of recipients to whom the bill has to be sent. 


  • Choose the action you want to perform. 
    • Download Bill and Report - The Bill and the report regarding this claim will be downloaded and sent to the recipients manually. 
    • Bill On Demand - This application will send the Bill and report to the chosen recipients, and a copy will be downloaded to the device for your reference. 
  • Once the selection is made, click the button accordingly, A success message will appear on top of the page. The Bill is sent now. 


  • Once On-Demand is clicked, you have 10 minutes to revoke the action. 


  • Payment responses will be displayed in this tab.  The Bill has to be downloaded or sent via Bill On Demand before you can manually add a response. 


  • If there is any pending balance to be paid by the insurance company, then a Second Bill must be sent. Click Add Response and start entering details manually if applicable. Once all the details are entered, click Save. 


  • Any action done on this page will be logged in the Bill action log
